Manager Jumaa was the best. His behavior and sense of responsibility and respect for the customer, encouraged us to choose koodo. I agree with the client that mentioned: We would so recommend that Jumaa gets recognized for his exceptional customer service and friendly demeanour. If everyone in customer service was like Jumaa retail would be awesome ! Thank you so much for all you did for us yesterday it is so appreciated.

Koodo texted me a promo where I was instructed to go to a store to activate. It turns out they meant a ‘corporate’ store so they were not able to activate it for me. Jumaa went out if his way to help me get it done by setting up an account and then putting me in touch with a corporate representative. He was also able to add some bonus perks for me and I left with a better plan than the promo. Jumaa has helped me before on a previous occasion and he was just as helpful last time. Great service!

I’ve been to this Koodo location a couple times in the past & to be honest they weren’t the best experience but this time (during last week) it was an extremely different experience since I got to deal with such a great expert like The Manager Jumaa there!He was very helpful & I really appreciate the time he spent with me/ my family at the Kiosk to fix my account & ported their cellphone numbers from Rogers!This Location is Highly recommended & Jumaa is the person who you can depend on for your Cellphone needs!Thanks Jumaa :)

Incredible service. The manager, Jumaa, and Jaiden are wonderful. They helped me purchase and set up my new phone. They were extremely patient. I’m not the most tech savvy, so any questions I had - they answered. Highly recommend.

Had to leave to the US so bought a SIM card and plan but it didn’t arrive on time. Went to the booth and Amhie was there with the manager. Both extremely helped and made sure I got my SIM card and plan as quick as possible and on short notice. Extremely helpful 5/5

I called juuma Tuesday Jan 24th at 7am. He picked up his phone before the store even opened. I told him I was in the market for a new smart phone. An upgrade to my existing a12. He hooked me up with an s22 ultra brand new out of the box. Despite the massive snow storm we got on Wednesday, he managed to bring in the phone as promised despite severe weather conditions. Most painless transaction I've ever done. He set me up from start to end. Really wished I upgraded sooner. Thanks juuma!!He even called me after I left to make sure my phone was up and running. First class experience from start to finish.

I came to this location at the beginning of April based on reviews and I was not disappointed. I came on a late Sunday afternoon and Faizan was running the kiosk by himself. He was able to help two other customers and myself. He answered all my many questions with patience and really listened to what I wanted. He was able to work out a great plan for me that I was happy with, since it saved me so much money (compared to what I was paying for at Telus). He offered me different options and let me take my time to decide. He never rushed me and he never tried to upsell me something I did not need. He was friendly, courteous, professional and even joked around with me. He ended up staying 40 minutes AFTER closing just to make sure I was all set up with my new phone! I am so impressed with the level of service I got here. Thank you Faizan for being such a great help- I really appreciated it! And I LOVE my beautiful new purple phone!

I walked in on a busy day to be served by representative Faizan. It was quite busy in the store but he was good with alot going on around him. He was knowledgeable to guide me through a plan I wanted. Very professional and to the point. I would recommend Faizan to any customer as he has skills like a manager. Thank you Faizan.
